As a Crystal Healer, she understands that crystals are powerful tools that can be used to help restore balance and remove energy blocks in her clients. What is Crystal Healing?
Crystal Healing, Crystal Medicine or Crystal Energy Therapy is a form of energy or vibration medicine that utilizes crystals to harmonize the mind, body and spirit to increase our overall feeling of well-being. Thus, making it a wonderful addition to any holistic and balanced approach to good health and self-care routine.
How does crystal healing work?
Physics has proven that all matter vibrates at different frequencies. Each type of crystal vibrates at a specific rate that is determined by the crystal’s molecular composition, size and light frequency (color). This vibration determines what kind of healing properties the crystal will possess. While a human’s natural vibration can be easily knocked out of sync, the oscillatory rates of crystals, stones and minerals are resistant to change due to their perfect geometry. Through the principle of entrainment (one biological process coming into sync with another), when crystals are brought into our electromagnetic field we will begin to resonate with the crystals, thus, helping to restore our normal frequency to its optimal rate.
What is Earth Medicine?
In Earth Medicine we view the earth as a living entity. The earth moves, shifts, gives birth, grows, dies and rebuilds all within the changing of the seasons and the passage of time and space. Within the natural realm of the earth there are numerous teachers. The plants, animals, crystals, etc. are all teachers that have wisdom or “medicine” for us to learn. This wisdom can help us in countless ways if we are quiet and patient enough to hear their message.
Many of us have lost our connection with the earth. This loss affects us in many ways. Sometimes we may feel unsettled, ungrounded or out of balance. Through mediation, shamanic journey, trance, careful observation, respect and study of nature, we can begin to build a relationship and dialog with the earth and her teachers. It is at that point we can reconnect with the earth, its energy, its cycles and its wisdom.
What happens during a healing session?
- All healing sessions are private and conducted in a safe, non-judgmental space.
- Crystal healing sessions are very gentle and deeply relaxing.
- Sessions are generally 1 hour to 90 minutes or longer depending on the client’s needs.
- During the session the client is always clothed. It is best to wear comfortable clothing and minimal jewelry so it doesn’t interfere with crystals or energies in the lay out.
- Your session can be as spiritual as you like or not at all. Either way, the session will be tailored to meet your needs. Generally, the client’s higher self and spirit guides and assist’s with the session.
- There is minimal touch during the session only as crystals are placed on and around the body.
- Tracey may use other healing tools such as pendulums, feathers or bells during the session to detect or removed energy blocks.
- At the end of your session Tracey will give a crystal prescription to help support you in the areas that need help.
- Every session and client’s experience is different. A client may notice changes right away or over the course of a week as the energies move and settle. Many clients comment that they have mores dreams and have become more vivid.
